Can I give this stay 10 stars? The hosts deserve it for sure.
My wife and I really enjoyed this stay, and Carlos/Marta are awesome. GREAT little house in a nice, comfortable, and safe neighborhood. Parking is easy too. There is also a nice screened-in porch, and back yard. I’ve never felt more welcomed and appreciated at any AirBNB stay, and I’ve had some really good ones. I was in town to work an event @ the Miami-Dade County fairgrounds, then took a motorcycle trip through the Keys, then explored the Everglades - this is a great location for accessing all of those things, and… FIU is literally right across so the street. The local restaurant choices are many, and delicious - we had Cuban, Peruvian, and more. Eating in is also good with a nice kitchen, and lots of grocery options close. Book this house - you’ll be happy.

Not only was the home spotless and tidy, but Carlos and Marta were super proactive in making us feel at home and comfortable! This is the second time I've stayed here and I plan to continue to booking with them for future trips due to their outstanding hospitality and responsiveness!
Our stay was lovely! We really appreciated the groceries and other treats left for us in the kitchen. The home is beautiful and I'm excited to return in the future!

We had an incredible stay at Carlos and Marta's place! They truly exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Not only did they accommodate our special dietary needs by providing groceries, but they also ensured every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The home's location is perfect, with easy access to running and walking trails. Plus, the newly remodeled interior made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Our favorite spot was definitely the patio, complete with sectional couches and a foosball table—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. We're already counting down the days until we can come back! Highly recommend."

I had the best time staying at Carlos and Marta’s- they welcomed me with a sweet basket and treats and even asked if I had any allergies! The place was clean and inviting and I will definitely sty again when I come to Miami for work again soon!

This place was great! Very clean and accurately described. The communication was great and the hosts were amazing! We had to extend our stay and it was super easy! We would stay here again! The welcome basket and personal touch was amazing!

It was easy to access the house for staying the three nights we did, absolutely loved the location for where we stayed and it was very inviting, they even got me a book because I was working the All Star Tattoo Convention down the street. Extremely clean and very thoughtful I would recommend them and their Airbnb over a hotel any day!
